Our school uniform helps create a sense of belonging and pride in our school community. We expect all pupils to wear the correct uniform each day and we aim to keep it simple, comfortable, and affordable for families.

Main school uniform

• plain white polo shirt 
• blue jumper or cardigan with school logo
• black trousers, shorts, skirts or pinafores
• plain black socks or tights
• plain white socks with summer dresses
• black shoes – no logo or branding
• water-resistant coat with a hood for outdoor play and learning
• optional: blue/white check summer dress for summer term
• For years R, 1 and 2: Fowey Primary School book bag with logo

PE kit

• t shirt with school logo in house colours
• plain blue shorts or plain blue jogging bottoms
• trainers or black Velcro plimsolls for younger children
• optional: PE kit bag with logo

Jewellery and accessories

• children should not wear jewellery to school; children who have their ears pierced should wear a pair of small studs that can be removed by the child or parent/carer for PE days
• children may wear a watch to school; we encourage the use of analogue watches to practice the skill of telling the time, but if digital watches are worn, they should have no additional features or functionality (e.g. messaging, calling, photography, gaming)
• smart watches are not allowed in school

Most of our school uniform can be purchased (without logos) from local supermarkets.

Items branded with the school logo (jumper, cardigan, t shirt, book bag), can be purchased from Cornwall Screenprint and Embroidery.

We also hold regular ‘pre-loved’ uniform sales after school and at school events (e.g. summer and Christmas fayres). Please contact the school office to find out when the next event is, or to enquire about the availability of certain items.
