COVID-19 Arrangements

During this unprecedented time, we are taking steps as a school to ensure that all our children remain safe at home.

These steps include:

Regular phone contact with families
School remaining open for children of critical key workers and those children who have an allocation social worker
Online learning including online discussions and group chats with class teachers
Random phone calls across the week from teaching staff
Regular safeguarding reminders to parents
Online safety reminders via set learning and via social media/ school website

We have also issued an addendum to our Safeguarding policy, which maps out the steps we are taking to keep children safe at this time.

If you have any questions about safeguarding at Fowey Primary or you need to raise any concerns you should contact Kate Sicolo, who is our designated safeguarding lead on head@foweysch.org

You can also contact us through our trust by e-mailing primarysafeguarding@celtrust.org. Messages sent to this address will then be passed on by our Chief Information Officer.

If you have serious concerns that a child or family are at risk of immediate harm you should call the police on 999.

Anyone can also contact Cornwall Council directly on 0300 1231116 during office hours or 01872 626536 out of hours.
