Role of School Council

Fowey Primary School Council

Our school council is a group of pupils who have been elected by each class to represent the views of the pupils. At Fowey Primary School we are proud to have pupil representatives that take part in class and School Council meetings. These meetings are put into place so that pupils understand they have a voice and that they are involved in the decision making about the school. Through School Council meetings, all pupils have the opportunity to raise any issues, share ideas and take part in discussions that reach a democratic solution. Pupils at Fowey Primary know that their thoughts and ideas are valued.

‘You Share, We Care’.
