Well done everyone!

Each week in assembly, a Thought of the Week is written and shared by children in Y5.

This week’s thought of the week is about perseverance.

This week we have been thinking about how we can persevere, even when things get tough or go against us.

We had a visit from Team GB athlete, Adele Nicoll, and heard about her determination to reach her goals of competing in Olympic and Commonwealth Games.

By persevering with things we find difficult, we can feel really satisfied when we achieve our goal and overcome difficulties.
